- Review requests sent after each completed job, so your rating reflects real work.
Get scheduled
- Customers request an appointment online from your page. Confirm, decline or move it in one tap.
- Times are offered from your opening hours and how many vehicles you can work on at once, so the system never takes more than you can handle.
- Log a walk-in in two taps: name, phone and registration are all optional.
Go digital
Every completed job becomes a digital service record. When the customer uses VroomLah, it lands in their logbook marked as verified by your workshop, which keeps your name in front of them and in their service reminders.
For walk-in customers, send a link that lets them add the job to their own logbook. You can download a PDF report for any customer vehicle.

Frequently asked questions
Is it really free?
Yes. VroomLah is free for workshops during launch. There is no card to add and no contract.
Do my mechanics need their own logins?
No. In this release there is one owner login per workshop. You add staff as records, mark who is on duty today and assign them to jobs.
How do customers find my workshop?
Your public workshop page can be found by search engines and is listed in the VroomLah directory. Share the link anywhere: your signage, social profiles or business card.
